- No part week bookings for accommodation in High Season or Spring Bank Holiday
- Dogs are only allowed in Breeze caravans and one of the chalets. No more than 2 dogs accepted in any one unit of accommodation. (£25 per week)
- £50 deposit per week required, balance due 6 weeks before arrival, bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will be required to pay in full.
- There will be no refund for any cancellation made 4 weeks or less before the start of the holiday.
- We advise customers to take out holiday insurance.
- Any changes made to the original booking will incur a £10 administrative charge.
